Welcome to my blog.

I decided to set this up as an outlet for some of my less formal writings, occasional observations, and any new and other items of interest.  I share these here with the intention of it becoming a two-way street, between you and I.  We may or may not know one another.  I would never suggest internet communication can provide a vestige of what face-to-face communication can.  But, since you now sit at your computer, rather than across a table or bar from me, this will have to do.  I’ve laid my ideas out there, so tell me: what do you think?
